The prestigious award of the Magazyn Wino monthly, in category ‘Grand prix 2007 – silver medal for the Sparkling Wine of the Year’ has been awarded to Franciacorta Saten 2003 cavalleri wine, put up for the competition by a well-known importer in Poland - Vinoteka 13.

The honoured brand is a semi-sec, sparkling, white wine, with 12.5 % alcohol content.
Before it underwent two-year fermentation process in bottles, it had been stored in the oak barrels for half a year, acquiring in the meantime the subtle aromas of vanilla, which go extremely well with bouquet of Chardonnay graft. The wine should be served chilled at 8 degrees Celsius with poultry, shrimp and fish.
