The Elegant restaurant is located in the old courtyard, covered with a large glass roof, and is worth visiting not only to enjoy its culinary features. The impressive metal construction is built in to the old brick walls and is a brave blend of Silesian tradition with modern architectural trends.

Cristallo is one of a few Italian restaurants in the group. It offers a great variety of flavors and aromas from Italy. The co-authors of the culinary offer are the Italian master cooks and the Polish cooks who perfected their skills on the Apennine Peninsula. The menu is changed according to the season of the year. The early vegetables rule in springtime, summer is for asparagus and artichokes, and in fall and winter, game meat and fruits of the forest are the main offer. The rich selection of Italian wines would delight the most sophisticated wine tasters and wine lovers.

Specialité de la maison, presently recommended as the Chef’s special is gilthead sea bream in ginger marinade, served on leek sauce.
