The continental Restaurant Pod Roza, located under the glass roof in the old courtyard of the renaissance palace of Prosper Provana, today Hotel Pod Roza, offers international dishes with a sophisticated (dainty) menu changing accordingly to the season of the year.
The specialties are the deserts, with the masterwork decoration, served on big plates. The coffee lovers are treated with little cookies and chocolates, painstakingly handmade by the hotel baker.
Presently recommended as the Chef’s special, is the saddle of lamb with rosemary sauce and French strudel with Saffron milk cap stuffing.
