The conference center of Stary Hotel includes 2 air-conditioned conference rooms:

Large Conference Room
can accommodate up to 160 people in a theatre configuration or 120 people in a table configuration. The cost to rent the room is 3000 zl per day, regardless of how many hours it is used.

Small Conference Room
can accommodate up to 30 people in a theatre configuration or 20 people in a table configuration.

The cost to rent the room is 1500 zl per day, regardless of how many hours it is used.The price includes: projector screen, TV LCD, DVD player, VCR player, laptop or desk top, flipchart, over head projector, multimedia projector, cordless microphone, amplifiers, wired internet connection, pencils and notebooks.
The hotel staff can help to provide other conference equipment if necessary.

The price list for food services during the conferences in Stary Hotel is defined individually for each client.

Standard coffee break 25 zl/person
Buffet lunch from 100 zl/person
3 course served lunch from 120 zl/person
4 course served lunch from 140zl/person
4 course served dinner from 140zl/person
The price includes unlimited non alcoholic beverages.
