Multimedia-equipped, air-conditioned cellars of the Hotel Pod Różą conference and banquet centre date back to the early 14th century. They form an ideal mixture of tradition and modernity, which is possible only in Krakow.

Two multifunctional rooms situated in the cellars are fully air-conditioned and lavishly equipped with high-tech presentation facilities: multimedia projector, screen, flipchart, sound system, microphones. They offer high-sped wi-fi Internet. It is possible to provide simultaneous interpreting and teleconference equipment (the rate is negotiable).
Conference Room no. 1, with an area of 90 square metres, accommodates up to 70 people in theatre layout, 50 people in boardroom layout and 25 people U-shape layout. The room is 16.5 m long, 5.5 m wide and 4 m high at a maximum.
Conference Room no. 2 – with an area of 62 square m – accommodates 50 people theatre layout, 30 people boardroom and U-shape layout. Length – 14 m, width 5.4 m, height 4 m.
Both rooms are separated by the so called “bar room”, which is a convenient spot for a coffee break. With the conference rooms being situated in the basement the interiors can be completely darkened.
The hire rate per each conference room is 1500 PLN a day; one coffee break: 25 PLN per person (coffee, tea, juice, biscuits), lunch about 120 PLN per person (buffet).
The two hotel restaurants can hold an elegant banquet.
Catering prices for conference participants:
- Approximate cost of buffet lunch (no alcohol) – starting from 120 PLN per person.
- Approximate cost of dinner (four-course dinner without alcohol) – starting from 140 PLN per person.
The prices vary according to the menu selected. All prices are gross.
