ROOM A – can accommodate up to 120 people in a theatre seating layout or up to 60 in a classroom layout. In the case of a standing reception – up to 150 people.

ROOM B – accommodates up to 100 people in a theatre seating layout or up to 40 in a classroom layout.

ROOM C – accommodates up to 20 people in a theatre or classroom seating layout.

For the needs of a larger meeting (up to 300 people) there is the possibility of renting the Ristorante Cristallo.

The renting price includes: electronic screen,laptop or computer, flipchart, TV,
cordless microphone, podium, fast internet connection. Additionally, it is possible to rent a multimedia projector and a plasma screen for 400 zł gross, as well as organize a video-conference meeting using the ISDN.

The hotel staff will assist with providing any other kind of conference equipment. The Conference Center provides a conference room, individual work with a computer, access to email and Internet.

Rates for renting conference rooms:
Conference room A: 1500 zł per day
Conference room B: 1000 zł per day
Conference room C: 500 zł per day

Rates for restaurant services:
Approximate cost for buffet lunch (no alcohol): 100 – 130 zl per person
Approximate cost for dinner (four course dinner, no alcohol): from 140 zl per person
